Boris Johnson MP has a major role at the forefront of determining Britain’s place in the World outside of the EU following the British people’s decision to leave in July’s referendum.
Previously Mr. Johnson held the seat of Henley between 2001-2008 during which time he was appointed Shadow Minister for Higher Education. Between 2008-2016 Mr Johnson was elected by the people of London for two terms as Mayor of the capital; in this role he oversaw the delivery of the London 2012 Olympic Games and the creation of London’s first ever self-service cycle hire scheme. In 2015, he made a return to the House of Commons standing as the Conservative candidate for the seat of Uxbridge and South Ruislip.
